Returns

All unused items have a 30 day money back guarantee less shipping and handling. If you need to return or exchange an item, please e-mail us at returns@htsa-inc.com or call customer service at 1-877-200-4958 to receive an RA number (return authorization number) before making any return or exchange. We will e-mail you an RA number along with instructions to send your item back for an exchange or refund. This number must be clearly written on the outside of the returned package for it to be accepted. If this number is not clearly written on the outside of the returned package, the package will not be accepted at our warehouse for return or exchange. Any items that are returned without an RA number clearly marked on the outside of the package will be refused and returned to the sender. Also, please include the RA number in any correspondence regarding your return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, original packaging and accessories. 

Custom order merchandise may not be returned unless the item is defective or an error was made by us during production.

Shipping charges will not be refunded unless the merchandise is defective or was shipped incorrectly. Items will be subject to return shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

We are not responsible for misuse, improper storage, or improper installation of the product by the customer.

Please note that Home Team Sports & Apparel, Inc., reserves the right to refuse any returns if they do not meet our return requirements.

Cancellations

Cancellations can only be made prior to an order being processed. Once it has been processed, the order falls under our return policy.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items Shipped

If you receive item(s) that are incorrect, have been damaged in transit, or are defective out of the box, save the shipping carton and contact a Home Team Sports and Apparel Representative for immediate assistance at 1-877-200-4958. Our customer service team will provide you with a prepaid return label or arrange pick-up for items delivered through a freight carrier. Customers will be refunded in the original form of payment for the purchase price as well as any applicable taxes and shipping costs.

Please note if you do not contact customer service and ship to the return center, you are responsible for all return shipping charges.

Credit

Qualifying returns to Home Team Sports & Apparel, Inc. will be refunded the amount paid for the item, including any sales tax if applicable, less restocking fee within 30 days of our receiving your returned item. Original freight charges and return freight charges are the responsibility of the customer unless the items was received damaged/defective or if the correct item was shipped.

Refunds will be credited in the original form of payment used for purchase. To ensure a full credit, returns must be accompanied by the original sales receipt or packing slip.
